CHANGE is the first Associate Laboratory entirely dedicated to Global Change and Sustainability in Portugal, and aims to become a reference in research and innovation for the development, evaluation and operationalization of regional, national and international policies. The main objective of this laboratory is to promote interdisciplinary links and contribute to making the environment more
resilient and economies more sustainable. By combining Social Sciences, Natural Sciences and Engineering, CHANGE seeks to build public policy solutions that can contribute to a competitive economy, but also efficient in the use of resources, and environmentally sustainable.
